Signing Party

Silent Auction Information and Rules:

  1. Auction Duration: The online portion of the Silent Auction will conclude on March 10th.

  2. Signing Party and Bidding: On the evening of March 15th, during the Signing Party, attendees will have the opportunity to place silent bids on the auction items.

  3. Closing and Winning Bids: The auction will officially close after the final bids are placed at the Signing Party. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds the minimum bid requirement for each item will be declared the winner.

  4. Notification: Winners will be announced at the end of the Signing Party and/or contacted directly to arrange for payment and collection of the items.
